Hadith on expiation of sins

  Abu Huraira (RA) reported: Messenger (SAW) said, β€œ The five (daily) salat , and from one Jumuah prayer to the (next) Jumuah prayer, and from Ramadan to Ramadan are expiations for the sins committed in between their intervals , provided the major sins are not committed.” -Muslim If a Muslim saves himselves from major sins and does not neglect his obligations to people then he remains free from sins by means of Ibada (worship) stated above .

Hadith on Companions of a Muslim

                                     Abu Musa Al-Ashari (RA) reported: I heard the prophet (SAW) saying, β€œThe similitude of good company and that of the bad company is that of the owner of the musk and of the one blowing the bellows. The owner of the musk would either offer you some free of charge, or you would buy it from him, or you smell its pleasant fragrance and as for the one who blows the bellows i.e the blacksmith, he either burns your clothes or you small a repugnant smell.’  Sahih Buqari and Sahih al Muslim  The hadith enjoins that one should sit in the company of pious persons and avoid the impious ones because the former has the quality of a perfume seller and the latter of a blacksmith.
